Welcome! We're here to try to make your virtual currency shopping experience easier. This guide will take you through the steps of placing a basic order.
1) Select Your Game
First of all, you need to pick which game you are buying currency for. Some of our more popular games have graphical tiles on the front page which will look like the following.
If the game doesn't have a tile on the front page, no problem - all the games we offer currency for are also listed as part of the page navigation on the left site of the layout. Simply click the name of your game there:

2) Select Your Server
Next, select the server you are making your purchase on. If your game does not have multiple servers, you will automatically skip this step. For the games which do have multiple servers (which makes up the majority of the current MMORPGs), you will be shown a list of servers - simply click on the server you want and you will be taken to the page for that server.
3) Select Amount
You will be shown a list of the amounts we are selling on the server, and the price for each. To select an item to purchase, simply click the Add to Cart button.

You can add multiple different amounts, or multiple quantities of the same amount - they will all appear in your shopping cart on the right hand side of the page.
Once you have picked the amounts you would like to purchase, please click the Checkout button at the bottom of your shopping cart. |

4) Provide Information
Next you will be asked for some information. If you are currently a registered member, you can log in and your customer information will be automatically filled in the form. If you don't have a member account, simply enter the information asked. You will need to provide your name, a valid email address and a phone number (including any area or country codes) that we can reach you at. It is important to make sure the information you provide us is valid, as we will not be able to contact you regarding your order otherwise.
Once you have provided your contact information, we'll just need the information to deliver your order. Please make sure you type in your character name correctly, as we will deliver the order to the character name specified. If you have any comments or additional information about the order, please provide it in the Additional Notes field. On some games, we offer the option of providing us with your login information - in those cases, we will only use it to log in for an order if we cannot get a hold of you to pick up your order and your delivery is ready. In that case, your purchase will be deposited directly on your character.
Once you've filled in all the information, please click 
5) Complete Payment
You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your order. Your order number and the amount of the payment will be displayed towards the top of the page.
If you are a current PayPal member and have a PayPal account, please log in to your PayPal account to complete the purchase. The login box should look similar to:

If you are not a PayPal member, or you would simply prefer to complete the checkout using your credit or debit card, simply click the 'Continue' link where displayed, and you will be taken to a credit card checkout page. |
6) Done!
That's it! Once you complete your payment, you will receive a receipt email from PayPal confirming the payment was made. Shortly thereafter, you should receive an email from us confirming the order was received - the email will also contain your order information for your reference.
Once we have received your order and verified that the information is correct, we will attempt to complete the delivery of your order as quickly as possible.
